In her 50 years of working as a children's book writer/illustrator Marie has published over 200 books. I was honored to spend many months with Marie in her studio in Lasne, where she has worked for the most part of those 50 years. Sifting through thousands of beautiful drawings, books, fabrics, paintings, etc. We finally made a selection together and I designed a retrospective exhibit celebrating Marie's many many publish and unpublished book at the Bookbinding museum in Brussels, The Bibliotheca Wittockiana
